* Price based on size and complexity of structure and/or blueprints.
Prices are for one building per rendering.

* Payment for a commissioned art work is as follows:
1/3 upon agreement to proceed at the first meeting
1/3 upon approval of the final preliminary drawing
1/3 upon delivery of the completed commission

*If changes are made after completion of the final preliminary drawing and painting has begun, there will be an additional cost to be discussed and agreed upon between client and artist at that time.
